Restoration Outreach Programs (ROP) staff serve as program directors, administrative support, and executive leadership.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
Hours: 40 - 50 per month (additional hours may be required at the end of year and for IRS form 990 in April - May
Salary: $30 per hour commensurate with experience
The primary purpose of this position is to support ROP's ability to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ to a needy population through the provision of excellent administrative support to ROP's staff and the Board of Directors.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Recording of all revenue and expenses for book-keeping purposes. Receipting of all donations. Preparation of monthly financial reports. Processing and payment of invoices, including check preparation. Processing of payroll and other staff-related payments including expense reimbursements, retirement, etc. This requires proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort in the use of an online payroll processing service. Eventual proficiency with ROP's donor database (Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge NXT) to track, monitor and maintain constituent data and donations. Processing of quarterly payroll tax reports. Payment of any tax liabilities. Manage ROP's banking and other financial processes and relationships. Processing checks, credit card and ACH donations to include entering all check donations into Raiser's Edge and making bank deposits. Preparation of annual Report 990 for IRS and other tax-exempt related filings. Monitor giving websites and donations. Grant tracking and provide financial information to grant writers, as requested. Preparation of donor database query reports for Executive Director and staff as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Very good with numbers and attention to details. Disciplined and accurate - must prepare monthly reports and process of invoices and receipts in a professional and timely manner. Experience with QuickBooks strongly preferred (and with Quickbooks Online a plus). Experience with Fund Accounting is a plus, but not necessary. Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge is a plus, but not necessary as training is available online.

Development Director
Hours: 20-25 hours per week
Salary: $30K Annual {part-time}
The primary responsibility of this position is leading the Advancement Team through events, communications, grants, key partners, and key churches with a specific emphasis on cultivating new and existing major donors.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree. Master's degree. 8+ years of non-profit fundraising experience with 3 years of one-on-one donor development experience OR 5+ years of one-on-one donor development experience. Team Leadership experience. Passion for urban ministry.

Executive Assistant
Supervisor: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Hours: 20-29 hours per month (additional hours may be required during Annual events)
Salary: $20 - $25 an hour commensurate with experience {support raising position} Sabbatical approved by Executive Director and the Board of Directors
PURPOSE of EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT:
To enhance ROP’s ability to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ to a needy population through the provision of excellent administrative support to ROP’s staff and the Board of Directors.
RESPONSIBILIITES INCLUDE:
Assist Executive Director as needed with emails, phone calls, voice mail, social media, schedule meetings, reports, communications, personal office management and other administrative tasks. Assist Executive Director with volunteer involvement, ministry fairs, networking, etc. Preparation of monthly reports • Assist Executive Director with recruitment of volunteers and staff structures, systems, processes, etc. • Coordinate staff and board appreciation, including but not limited to annual event, planning, coordinating, execution, etc. • Coordinate recognition of work and life events such as birthdays, work anniversaries, weddings, funerals, and birthday celebrations for staff. • Assist Executive Director with fund raising responsibilities such as planning, fine-tuning, editing and written communications, etc. • Assist Executive Director with related ministry responsibilities, i.e., promote, advertisement, launch of Hospitality Center, written communications such as flyers, designs, structure, volunteers, policies, trainings, etc. • Create and implement overall Development Plan for the fundraising year • Recruit Event Sponsors to maximize fundraising efforts • Oversee the end of the year campaign, including the calling campaign, donor meetings, Colorado Gives Day, year-end communications, etc. • Write thank you notes and promptly thank donors for major gifts via texts, emails, calls, etc. • Oversee Development and Event Budgets • Understand and train others to utilize donor database for all development needs • Other duties as necessary

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Work environment is both indoor and outdoor {special events may be held outdoors}. • Outdoor activities can be in extreme weather conditions such as rain, snow, or high temperatures. • This job involves sitting, standing, walking, and sometimes lifting 30 pounds.
