ROP has a commitment to work with the refugee population of East Colfax, including recent incoming immigrants. Our work is driven by connecting with our refugee neighbors and assisting them with all aspects of their resettlement in our community. This task includes connecting them to local refugee churches, opportunities for work, and mentoring and supporting our refugee neighbors in all aspects of their lives through ROP's various programs: English Classes, Work Readiness Program including GED tutoring, weekly Food Bank, weekly Children's and Teen's gatherings, and opportunities to receive other helpful resources and connections during our Hospitality Center hours.
